As oil prices increased in the international market, prices of petroleum products are expected to increase in Pakistan from the first of March. The price of petrol is expected to increase by Rs 3 per litre, diesel by Rs1.25 per litre.
Light-diesel is expected to be increased by Rs 3 per litre while Kerosene oil is expected to rise by Rs 4 per litre.
According to sources in the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the summary for the price hike would be sent to the Petroleum Ministry on February 28.
