The heart-wrenching scenes observed during the meeting of missing persons with their families made every sensible person of the country feel ashamed.
The disgusting, inhuman attitude towards the so-called suspects is terrifying. Even animals are not treated so roughly around the world as these people were treated by their captives. There is a dire need of curtailing extra-judicial powers being vehemently exercised by some stubborn heads.
While going for constitutional amendments for the sake of their own benefits, the parliamentarians should least ponder about the rights of common people.
Violation of human rights in our country has become a norm for the powers that be. Ordinary people face the wrath of different institutions for their untold crimes. These people in the words of the worthy Chief Justice of Supreme Court are picked up like sitting ducks and terrorists strike at their will. What a pity.
The mother of three missing person died after meeting her two sons with the shock of grief. Who is responsible for her death? A question that will remain unanswered.
