Seventeen militants and died eighteen others injured in an encounter between the militants and Security forces in the different areas of Orakzai and Khyber agency.
Three of the volunteers also died during the encounter.
Security forces also demolished the 4 check posts of the militants through helicopter shelling.
Meanwhile, in a hand grenade attack one person died and 3 injured in the area of Kurram agency.
