Several old cases in the courts are being reopened by some circles. The petitioners of such cases want to divert the attention of Apex Court from real current cases. A number of cases are still pending, waiting for speedy justice. I appeal to the superior court judges to set aside the hearing of unnecessary cases and focus on current cases. I think hearing of old cases is a useless practice and also complete wastage of time.
