It is very upsetting to find that most of the citizens are unaware of the legal structure applicable. The law of the land is mostly defined by the cop standing on the side of the road. The common man has to pay the price for the ignorance and faces difficulties in courts and police stations. It is imperative that along with reforming the police, the masses should be educated regarding their rights and workings of the legal system.
