Special Branch Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Thursday has finally decided to register every foreigner including Americans. The Americans were exempt from registration earlier.
Official sources said that after the NATO forces shelling, Raymond Davis case including the incidents occurred throughout the country due to the autonomous movement of foreigners, the federal government has made the NOC compulsory.
The American citizens were barred to enter the province seven times for not possessing NOC. It is made compulsory for every foreigner to get himself registered with the Special Branch KP and inform the Special Branch about their every activity. The Special Branch would issue the NOC to the foreigners for the days they ask for.
