Military courts?

Perhaps Nawaz Sharif wanted to talk about ‘speedy terrorist courts’ but by slip pf tongue mentioned ‘military courts’. However, MQM, PPP and PTI have teken upon themselves to use it as a toxic propaganda ploy.

I would not be bothered about others but cheap shots of Javed Hashmi. Surely, speedy courts were and are always required to prosecute, speedily convict the target killers, bathakhors, land mafia and other criminals to bring Karachi out of their grip. However, Chaudhry Nisar’s stand in the National Assembly was distasteful.

It is also important that the honourable Chief Justice of Pakistan bans the president to keep two offices and remain political on minute to minute basis on national expense, violating the constitution of Pakistan and disrespecting LHC’s verdict on the same.

  1. i am really confused. You still would like to have "Kangroo Courts " in a country with a functioning judiciary. If there was a slip of tongue as you suggest let the grate man issue a clarification . I shudder to think what would have happened to him if he had been judged by a military court oh no! a speedy court . What we need is a strenghtening
of judiciary and a vote of confidence in its integrity rather than ludicrius thoughts aired without any conseqent analysis.
Sometimes it is easier to eat the humble pie and say i made a fool of myself –end of the matter.
