Demanding immediate resignation, different representatives of civil society on Monday protested against the Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah on his alleged use of unethical language against females.
The protesters also demanded that an action be taken against the law minister. A large number of civil society activists including females and males on Monday gathered in front of the Punjab Assembly and started chanting slogans against the law minister. Protesters held anti-law minister banners and also chanted slogans against him. Renowned activists including gBina Jamil, Aman Malik, Mumtaz Mughal from Aurat Foundation, MPA Aman Ulfat, MPA Sajida Mir, MPA Samina Khawer Hayat and students were also present on the occasion.
