Pakistan still is in a state where women are not being treated as they should be because majority of the people living in rural or urban areas still believe that a woman is amongst the prized possessions bestowed upon them by God. Due to this illogical fact, they tend to treat women as mere trade entity for forced marriages. They kill them, provide them no education and so on and so forth. Apart from all the issues and problems being faced by Pakistan, the equality and freedom of women is the one that needs attention if Pakistan aims at becoming a progressive and prosperous country.
