After drone attacks that kill many innocent Pakistanis, now the army has been targeted deliberately. How come it’s possible that the NATO forces, one of the world’s finest and highly equipped military organisations, could commit such a mistake? For how long will we sacrifice the lives of our innocent people and brave soldiers in this ineffective war on terrorism? The real question is: Who is responsible for all these precious lives and what about the sovereignty of Pakistan?
I earnestly urge the civil and the military leadership of Pakistan not only to give warnings to the assailant and show sympathies to the families of martyrs, but also to take strict and serious actions against NATO forces by launching a high level protest in UN General Assembly and Security Council this time, so that nobody dares to commit such an offence in future.
