Tall claims of the PTI leader

The talk of the town is Imran Khan’s ‘Pakistan Bachao Tehreek’ (Save Pakistan Movement). In every meeting and discussion, I often hear about the attendance at Minar-e-Pakistan and it seems that this power show is becoming the basis of support for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). One sensible quarter has asked for an effective plan and strategy on how Imran Khan would change the system. I, too, have my concerns and would like to ask Imran Khan’s supporters, who think that he will bring about a 180-degree change in the direction of the country, about all the tall claims that he has made in the past that have not yet been accomplished.
I am still waiting for Imran Khan to share the details of the model houses and/or villages for the flood affected people in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, for which he had collected donations and said that he would put everything in black and white. I am still waiting for Imran Khan to visit and assist the flood affected people of Sindh and visit victims of target killings in Karachi. I am still waiting for Imran Khan to pursue cases against Altaf Hussain in London that he claimed he would. His action on the ground is now in contradiction to his claims regarding MQM.
I am still waiting for Imran Khan to go to the superior courts to keep the Chaudhrys from running for elections, which he was determined to pursue prior to the 2008 elections and even showed their bank default papers in front of the media. I am still waiting for Imran Khan to conduct a rally in Karachi, Quaid-e Azam’s home city, and refer to Altaf Hussain by a self-generated name like he did for the PML(N) leaders by calling them the ‘dengue brothers’.
I am still waiting for Imran Khan to bring new leadership ahead rather than giving the second seat on stage in his Lahore rally to a controversial figure like Mian Azhar, who has only recently joined the PTI. Perhaps, now I am waiting for PML(Q)’s outdated politicians to start joining PTI and sit on the stage pushing down the diehard workers, who have been with PTI for so many years. There is a long list of things that I am still waiting for, but with his present style of leadership and his opposition of PML(N), I have lost hope in him.
With all the above-mentioned promises that he could not deliver being in the opposition, assuming that he does come to power, I am sure that he will either be hijacked by the incumbent politicians from the PML(Q) or would continue doing what he has always done i.e., make empty promises.

  1. I agree with FTima Baree & waiting the repines from IK.PTI is not structured party ,infect one man show reference to Shaukat Khanim Hospitan.

  2. He did visit the flood affectees in Sindh and did a talk show with a media channel as well. Regarding the cases against Altaf Hussain, according to the British law witnesses are needed to file a criminal case but nobody is prepare to be a witness against Altaf Hussain. He has announced that there would be a rally in Karachi in couple of months. He has announced that there would be new and young people contesting the elections, saying that Mian Azhar is a controversial figure I doubt your knowledge about politics.

  5. Imran may be whatever !!
U can abuse him, blame him even kill him
Does not matter .. It’s actually the concept he has floated through his presence .. It’s actually the voice he has raised which was heard in each and every house ..
Wat do u guys think these politicians and group of filthy ppl doing to our resourceful country?
R we so poor in every resource?
No gas, no electricity (if available then at high cost), wheat, sugar, rice crisis .. Petrol running out … So much overhead cost of parlimanterians .. Threatening of major business owners .. What the he’ll r they doing to us?
None of them deserves to breathe even once on the holy land of our forefathers … Please hate them for a better future of your own …
Remember … The fire that can burn the house of your neighbor, can burn your house as well .. And it will if we won’t stop it

  7. Question: Why don't these people ask same Questions to Nawaz and Zardari??

Ans: Because every one has a HOPE, and they believe in IMRAN KHAN, that's why they want Judge him till last point.
Har koi issay parkhna chahta hay, har angel say parkhna chata hay, k ye kaun hay?? kia ham iss pay itibar kar saktay hain k nai???.. and log bar bar dasnay k dar say abi tak nai nikal paa rahay .. Yehi waja hay k har koi uth k aik naya swal uthata hay..:)

  8. It's full of rubbish but if you simply google Imran Khan foundation villages then you will find a couple of links there. He has given seeds to hundreds of farmers. He has given Rikshaws to those devastated in Flood, not a laptop.
Now Imran is not going to follow what your heart says him to do. He knows what he has to do. He is still learning this dirty politics. I said learning, not following. By learning I mean how to do compromises to get to your goals. Not compromising on your goals. Got it??
You people can't come to his level.
