Both the Sui Southern and Sui Northern Gas have swindled a whopping sum of Rs18 billion from the poor masses through illegal billing, a senior official at the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources was quoted by a local newspaper here on Friday.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) has taken notice of the illegal billing on the application of the Compressed Natural Gas Association and sent notices to both gas utilities seeking their response.
