This refers to the “Rejoinder” published on August 25, 2011, by Janardan Singh, First Secretary (Information), Indian High Commission, Islamabad, in response to the letter titled “Indus Water Treaty violations” by Khaled Ikbal published on August 22, 2011. I also cannot but recall yet again to Mr Janardan Singh the recent decision by the International Court of Arbitration on Kishanganga Project.
