Critic mentality

Let’s accept it; we the citizens of this country have at least one thing in common. That is to criticise the government’s administration bodies to the limit and why shouldn’t we? What have they done of which we could be proud?
But for a moment let us sit back and imagine ourselves in the shoes of a police inspector who is newly posted on his job. He has a family to feed, have high hopes for his children and plans to send them to a good school. But wait a minute, how can he meet that standard of living when his salary is only a negligible amount when compared to huge bills and taxes and rates of products around him.
He will be honest one day, two days, one week, one month, but then when it will strike him that he is unable to cope up with all this, he starts going illegitimate ways to gain some extra here and there to raise his standard. In doing so, he ignores his duty, citizens and keeps up with his illegitimate earnings.
If only he could be provided with a respectable salary and discount on daily necessities of life, may be he will not indulge in such activities after all. It is requested to the government to kindly look into this matter so that the police officials may not indulge in such activities, leaving no reason for them to be disloyal to their duties. As result of which, it might increase the respect among citizens, which will further decrease the chasm between the police and public resulting in a more interactive and responsible environment.
