Man found dead in Chungh Police precincts

A man was found dead in mysterious circumstances in the Chungh Police precincts on Tuesday.According to police, the 45-year-old man was found dead at Sher Shah Colony. The cause of the death could not be identified yet, as there were no body marks of torture on his body. Police said that local residents said that he was a beggar, living in the area for many years. Several announcements were made to locate the body’s heirs but of no avail on which it was shifted to the morgue for autopsy.
CRUSHED: A man was crushed by a speedy train at the Kot Lakhpat train interchange in the Kot Lakhpat Police precincts. According to details, 25-year-old Muhammad Jamshed, a resident of Bahar Colony, was returning home by crossing the railway line when he was hit by the train due to which he died on the spot. The body was handed over to the family of the deceased after completing legal formalities.
WOMAN FOUND DEAD: A 60-year-old woman was found dead under mysterious circumstances in the Masti Gate Police precincts.
According to details, the woman was found near Circuit Road. Talking to Pakistan Today, a policeman said that the woman only had small wounds on her hands. He said that the cause of death could not be established yet. Several announcements were made to identify the body but of no avail.
STRANGLED: A man was strangled to death allegedly by his servants in the Qilla Gujjar Singh Police precincts. Police said that a man named Iftikhar Ahmad was found shot dead in a hotel room. The victim was a resident of Attock and used to stay at the hotel frequently with his driver and maid, who disappeared after his murder. He had told the hotel management that he was a cloth trader. When police contacted his family, they said that Iftikhar was away from home since six months.
SHOT DEAD: A sub-inspector was gunned down by his rivals at Data Nagar Pull when he was going on a motorcycle in the Badami Bagh Police precincts. Naveed Bhatti, son of Tufail Bhatti, a resident of Badami Bagh area was shot near Usman Chowk while the killers managed to flee.
According to police, Naveed received five bullets, which caused his death. He was taken to hospital after a passer-by spotted him. His family protested against police saying that it did not reached the spot within time. Talking to Pakistan Today, the Badami Bagh SHO said that that Naveed was shot dead by his rivals, as he was a complainant in the FIR of his brother’s death.
