The incident on 8 July 2011, which was uploaded on YouTube as a video clip, exposes the real face of Indian armed forces in the occupied Jammu and Kashmir, an innocent man lying under debris of a residential house destroyed in a cordon and search operation, crying for help and was killed at point blank range in broad daylight by Indian security forces.
The video clip shows that soldiers kneeling on ground remove debris, informing their superior of entrapped innocent person, who orders to shoot him mercilessly. This is not the only incident. Everyday some father, son, brother, mother, daughter or sister is facing the highhandedness of the Indian soldiers.
It is a wake up call for the United Nations, the United Nations Security Council, Human Rights Council, ICRC, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch. State terrorism in Kashmir, if condoned will lead to the frustration of youth who become supporters of international terrorism which is in no one’s interest.
