I belong to village Ratowal, Post Office Panowal, police station Kotli Loharan, Tehsil/District, Sialkot. I am a poor and simple farmer of this village.
A police officer named Mr Muhammad Boota of the same village has blocked our street and our home drain water since some months. Mr Muhammad Boota has threatened my family members that he will initiate police cases on us if we register any compliant against him.
I and my family much upset from stopped our street and dirty drain water, who stop before our main gate. Most properly that any dangerous disease from stopped dirty water. I am a poor man and I can not treatment of any dangerous disease, just like very dangerous fever of dengue virus and Malaria etc. If my any family member suffers in any dangers disease, it is total responsibility of Mr Muhammad Boota police officer of this village.
This neighbourhood has been using this street for more than 50 years but Mr Boota has illegally occupied the street and has stopped the flow of drainage water. He has misused his authority and his influence as a police officer.
I humbly request the concerned officials in police, district administration, Chief Minister’s inspection team and others to first verify the issue on spot and then take legal action against Mr Boota, who has degraded the police department through illegal acts.
My family and other people of the area are much upset on this illegal act. We want it to end immediately. Ay help in this regard would be appreciated.
