Mobile phones have become a necessity of our life or more appropriately we have made it a necessity for ourselves. They are common amongst college and university going students.
They make use of cell phones to communicate with friends and family. People share messages, play games, use the internet, record video and use the in-built camera to capture memorable moments. Songs can be downloaded and a radio option is also available which keeps the users addicted to this gadget.
However, excessive use of a cell phone is harmful for health. It causes weakening of eye-sight and hearing problems. The radiations which it emits are a cause of brain cancer. It keeps one busy and socially cut off from the people who live near but one is able to have connections with those who live far away.
Often, a mad race to acquire the latest model starts. It becomes a status symbol. Those who are in financial crisis steal cell phone and sell them to get money. This is not a good thing. This gadget is useful but shouldn’t be more trouble than it is worth.
