The Punjab government, in collaboration with Zic Oil Company, has distributed more than 24,000 Iftar boxes among commuters at Iftar time on main roads of the city, Lahore Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Captain (r) Mobin said on Tuesday.
Commuters expressed pleasure on getting Iftar boxes and thanked the city police.
Squads including three inspectors from the education unit, 24 wardens and 14 lady wardens were seen standing on different rush points around the city distributing Iftar boxes.
