Our leaders

The main problem of Pakistan is the political situation. Our politicians aren’t predisposed to change the situation or are not doing anything for it. They are here to just fill in their accounts and are busy in making their life better. They don’t care about the people of this state. In a democratic system, the elected people should represent the nation so that the nation should have faith in their decisions. They should think for the betterment of their people and country.

Look at our politicians. Majority of them are only interested in securing their seats in the National Assembly through any means. Many of them have criminal cases involving them but still are a part of the Parliament. No one can say that Pakistani politicians represent majority of Pakistani nation.

These elected people are from the elite class. So how could they know the problems of a common person? None of them is from a mediocre or poor family. None of them knows what the feelings of a poor person are and how it feels when you are hungry and do not have money to feed your children. Pakistan can never make progress unless these people or their family members are ruling. Leaders should represent the people. Look at the example of Hazrat Umar: he ruled the whole Muslim ummah but travelled on foot with his servant.
