A number of critics in Pakistan are continuously in an objection mode. They are ready to go to any limit to malign the government. But if the performance of the government is seen objectively, it is more than satisfactory under the given circumstances. The situation has been very optimistic in the last three years. The agriculture sector has performed extraordinarily, more than 2200 MW electricity has been added to the national grid, political reforms for FATA have been introduced by extending political parties Act 2002 to FATA region etc.
The list of achievements by the federal government is impressive. No government in the world can give 100 percent results, there is always room for improvement. We must not compare the present government with the ideal state of Plato, we need to compare it with its contemporaries.
