PML-Q Likeminded President Salim Saifullah Khan on Friday said a decision to become part of any alliance would be taken after developing consensus within the party.
“The Likeminded Group has not been formally contacted by any party and will not become part of an alliance that promotes personal interests,” he said in a statement issued from his office. Saifullah said the Likeminded Group would not side with an alliance that further aggravated the situation of the country.
“The problems of Pakistan are increasing by the day and our party is seriously analysing the situation and is ready to be part of a move that promotes the interests of the country,” he said. He said Pakistan was passing through a critical time and it was the responsibility of all to pull the country out of the crises.
