After the final tribunal reports of Kharotabad carnage, replete with video footages and documentation proving that foreigners killed were indeed terrorists, the entire scenario has changed for good.
The investigative tribunal chaired by Balochistan High Court judge Justice Hashim Kakar formed over special directives of CM, Balochistan Nawab Aslam Raessani, had started its proceedings on 31st May, recording statements of 28 eye-witnesses.
During the course of investigations police and FC personnel failed to satisfy/convince the tribunal. The police and FC elements appeared during the additional time granted to tribunal, during which they briefed the tribunal with the help of Russian documentation, video footages, and other related reports, as to origins, training procedures, routes, and other important information about them.
In the course of briefing it was also informed that raising hands by these elements during firing on them was not for surrendering/ help, but rather a victory sign usually displayed by jihadist elements.
Police and FC elements also informed the tribunal as to how these Chechen citizens were enrolled into extremism ranks.
After release of this detailed report, pertinent questions regarding the foriegners killed in Kharotabad have surfaced
and at last some party paid for the verdict in the last hour
