An anti-terrorism court (ATC) at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi during hearing of Benazir Bhutto (BB) assassination case issued arrest warrants for former military dictator General (retd) Pervez Musharraf on June 11.
The court during hearing called details of the assets of Pervez Musharraf, after FIA filed a petition for confiscation of the movable and immovable properties of the former military dictator. The court issued permanent arrest warrants of Musharraf which will be valid till his arrest.
I through your esteemed newspaper suggest the ex-military dictator to come to Pakistan immediately and face the cases personally as he was suggesting the same to his opponents living abroad during his nine-year tenure. The difference is that the courts are independent now as agreed by all political parties.
I am sure if the general decides to come to Pakistan and faces the cases, he would get justice from the apex court.
