The Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) leaders Khush Bakht Shujat and Waseem Akhtar have bitterly condemned the killing of a boy by rangers’ men in Karachi, demanding the government to take stern action against men involved.
“Such happenings will not be tolerated in future,” said Khush Bakht.
She demanded the government for impartial inquiry into the matter.
The country will be in peril, if such incidents take place, she added.
“We condemn the tragedy. Killing an unarmed boy is brutality. President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani should take immediate notice of the incident,” said Waseem Akhtar.
Waseem said that law enforcement agencies meant to ensure security to the people.
