I want to highlight that some private schools appoint the teachers without providing them their appointment letters. The school that I teach in is well renowned but has not provided me with a proper letter. I am not even sure if I’m permanent there or not. If the firm fires me, I won’t have any proof that I worked there except for my salary slips. It should be brought to notice that an appointment letter should be made a must as it is a signed document with written terms and conditions at the time of appointment along with salary and increment details.
