During the first 10 months of the current fiscal year (July 2010 to April 2011), our country has imported cellular sets worth approxinately 43 crores 62 lakhs and 82 thousands dollars (Rs 37 billion).
Can not we extend incentives to foreign companies to set up cellular sets manufacturing industries in our country in order to save a huge amount of foreign exchange?
