At least four security personnel were injured when terrorists attacked their convey with a remote control bomb at Dabori, Upper Tehsil of Orakzai Agency.
Those security forces personnel who were wounded include Havaldar Kashif, Sepoy Khalid, Sepoy Javed and Sepoy Ibrar, which were rushed to the Kalaya hospital. After the attack, army used heavy artillery due to which nine miscreants were dead and their five hideouts were destroyed.
The security forces also held a search operation in the areas of Arhang, Zehtoon, Gall Kalay and recovered rocket mortar and explosive mines in large quantity.
On the other hand in the area of Jalica Mela of Lower Dir, renowned tribal leader Malik Qudrat Shah was gunned down by some unknown miscreants.
