Why double standards?

When Afghan President Hamid Karzai says Brahamdagh Bugti, the proclaimed offender wanted by Pakistan government, is the Afghan guest and is safely residing in Kandahar, nobody – not a single country from the civilised world admonishes Kabul against providing him sanctuary in a neighbouring country only to spearhead acts of sabotage in Balochistan! When the same Brahamdagh Bugti is transported reportedly with the UNHCR connivance to Switzerland without a passport, and provide him ‘safe haven’ in that ‘impartial-neutral’ European Union member country, nobody is bothered to object to the housing of a criminal, the man responsible for terror, arson, abduction, kidnapping for ransom, human, drugs, arms smuggling and killings of scores of innocent people.
The question is not whether OBL should have been spared or apprehended; the question is not whether Brahamdagh Bugti to many is a criminal or not, but if they (the members of the civilised world) do have the right to provide sanctuaries and safe havens to the most wanted terrorists of another country, why the world leaders recognise our right to get help for their front line ally in the war against terror to locate and get the most wanted? Why double standards? Doesn’t it constitute to fomenting and funding or at least encouraging terrorism?
