Most of the students face full-blown case of jitters but no hunger when their exams are at hand. They suffer from “exam-phobia”. No matter how strong their immunity is, they will not suffer from this disease over and over again unless they stop studying. There is this hostile situation in which you are sitting inside that examination hall full of students, holding pen in your trembling hands and trying to write something which makes sense although it is complete non-sense. To make matters worse, there is a cruel invigilator present inside the hall. Just imagining about being in such situation scares the hell out of students.
Jokes apart, this disease has to be cured with proper treatment not by doctors but by parents, teachers and students themselves. Proper timetable of studies, a healthy routine and studies on daily basis is what is required to make your immunity strong against this kind of a disease. It is not difficult to get rid of this problem when you know its solution; only willingness to solve the problem is required to have it solved.
You should develop a habit of studying on a daily basis. I have myself experienced this “exam-phobia” on a few occasions. Everything happens for a reason. Playing PSPs, using Youtube and Facebook will make the students even duller. You can’t expect to score 90% marks after studying overnight before exam. Your fear and jitters on the night before exam day will be nothing else than a sense of guilt that you have wasted your time and money.
