LAHORE – PAF opened their onslaught with a 3-0 win over HBL in the opening match of the 21st NBP Football Cup on Thursday at Bohranwali Ground. HBL failed to create any impression as PAF scored thrice in the first session. PAF completely dominated the proceedings and their repeated attacks allowed them the opener in the 24th minute when midfielder Muhammad Arif Nawaz steered the ball into the net from close range. Soon after, Amir Khan gave tense moments to the bankers with the second goal in the 30th minute. It was all over when Irfan Ali hit the back of the net in the 36th minute.
