Great article, but might I add that if we stop with the skinny models that kids try to emulate, stop with such explicit sexual undertones and overtones on television; have parents get into better communication with their kids, including turning off all the social media stuff that is filling our kids brains, and better drug addiction curriculum starting in 6th grade, then we may have helped with the reasons kids reach for drugs to lose weight, relieve stress or improve their mood, reduce sexual inhibition, medicate depression and increase confidence.
