So far, there is no department within the police which gauges the public opinion of a certain area regarding the police. The public have numerous complaints related to the police. It is imperative that a department should be setup which should achieve public outreach and assist in registering their complaints against the department. This will not only facilitate the general public, but will also assist in improving the performance of the institution.
