A housing scheme for the poor classes of the nation is badly needed keeping in view the growing population. Accommodation conditions in the country are not at appropriate levels. There is no balanced distribution of housing facilities for the poor and the rich in the society. Food, clothing and the shelter is the basic necessity of humans without which many problems are created.
