The governments decision to devolve HEC is an award for its ministers who have fake degrees. Not just the PPPs ministers but also others will surely take advantage of the decision if it is complied with.
Since PPPs government has taken hold of the government, it has constantly been making mistakes whereas corruption, in this government, has broken the record of the past. How pity it is that the PPP has never tried to learn the lesson from its previous mistakes and it has decided to devolve HEC to damage education in the country. People are unable to understand how far this government will go in wrong decisions and policies. I would like to appeal the government to please have mercy upon us and think of Pakistan a little. This is your country which gave you right to govern and you should take decisions in its interest.
