The 18th Amendment very clearly elaborates that Higher Education Commission’s function will be part of federal legislative list. Why is Mian Raza Rabbani distorting facts and committing perjury in the Senate. HEC is being disbanded because of few parliamentarians fake degrees and the vast real estate which it possesses. Pakistan’s future cannot be sacrificed just because of some politicians.
