Email correspondence

Email is being considered and used as a cheap and fast way of communication. It is adopted nearly by all the reputed departments/offices. But on the other hand, it is a matter of grave concern that officials who use this facility or deputed to reply the queries via email are least bothered to answer the person. This kind of attitude and intentional escape from some important issues should be penalised strictly.

It is being witnessed that if a person/citizen seeks some important information from some official, they do not reply to that question/query/issue which is totally irritating, distasteful and abominable. These persons have this authority only to serve the humanity but arrogant or negligent officials do not reply queries raised through email. It is neither a standard procedure nor practice.

Our religion and moral values make it mandatory to properly and sincerely advise someone who seeks advice or asks for some guidance/information. I, hereby, request that there should be some order from concerned authorities that every email be responded accordingly within a period of seven days at best, because otherwise this fast technology has no usage.
