Yesterday, the CCPO Karachi, Saud Ahmed Mirza inaugurated the police games 2011.
These games were first held in 1961, but could not be resumed after that. However, it is a good sign that police officials have been given a chance to participate in healthy activities. A total of 850 police officials from across Pakistan are participating in the event.
According to some police officials these games would provide an already stretched police force to relax and participate in healthy competitions. This event would also provide a chance to police officials from different provinces to interact and share their views.
