Followed by federal government, now its the time that the provincial governments start taking steps for induction of more lady police in their provinces, as it has been a long pending need of the society. Statistics of the crimes today dictate that without Lady Police criminal groups cannot be completely apprehended.
Moreover, it will evolve a more mature and balanced approach by the police towards the criminal organisations. Internationally, lady police has been proved successful but in Pakistan majority of the second gender hesitate to report the crimes comitted against them due to social pressures.
Minimum two to three lady police staff per police station are needed to deal with such issues. Lady official in the Police force are a requirement of our society and to effectively deal with crime and management of day-to-day affairs.
