When will we learn?

The statement given out by the right wing religious parties on the attack at shrine of Sakhi Sarwar again implicates Blackwater and RAW for these suicide attacks. When will we learn that by burying our heads in the sand we cannot avoid the approaching danger? Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan has already claimed responsibility and the Taliban apologists are giving statements on behalf of them, trying to cover up for their actions.

These attacks are not only condemnable because they claim innocent lives but are also primarily meant for spreading fear. From the past 3-4 years, people across the country are forced to change their lifestyles because fear of bomb blasts and suicide attacks has forced people to retreat to the safety of their homes. Commercial activity has been reduced particularly music concerts, exhibitions and funfairs etc have been put to halt.

This has further demotivated the people and the society as a whole has been badly affected. It is time that our people now realise the true and full picture of the events taking place and how the extremists and the terrorists are working together. It is important for the people to take control of their lives and resume the activities that were before it all began.
