Being an agrarian country, Pakistan was never short of food until recent times. Various reasons are responsible for the current and predicted acute food shortage and terrorism is one of them. It will be appropriate if we as a nation open up our eyes and fight the menace of terrorism that will prevent from attacks such as the one that took place in Charsadda and injured many. This blast not only injured many but also took place near a school where children under the age of ten were scared to death. It is imperative to realise what we are giving to the coming generations as the present security situation is very painful.
