The ICT Special Branch and CDA should provide walkthrough gates for the event. A control room at the venue should also be set up to coordinate the event in a smooth manner. Police should also ensure smooth flow of traffic in and around the venue. Police should monitor sensitive areas of Islamabad and a proper security plan should be made so that there is no lapse in security.
