In a country which is divided on ethnic and sectarian lines, the gender bias is but only a simple representation of a much larger problem; the social orientation. We, as a society, are not united and have no care for the people of different culture, sex, creed, religion or ethnicity.
This is evident in the imbalance in girls and boys education, their numbers in our higher education institutions, various government and private organisations and other fields of technical and scientific nature. Just because a person is a woman, she should not be denied of any right and should be treated equally, for she can be a great asset for the organisation, department and the society.
