One of the many problems Pakistan is facing right now is high unemployment rate. As a developing country, we need more useful human resources to put them to proper use and get the mximum out of them. These young unemployed people are our assets and they need to be nurtured and utilised for the countrys benefit so that our future is secure.
At the time of independence, Pakistan had only few resources and very little capital, so the process of progress was very slow. Unfortunately, the politicians of Pakistan were not well aware of modern global system and the progress processes and the needs of the country. Due to their bad policies, Pakistan today is facing a lot of problems. The continuous failure of policies has led the country to miserable conditions.
The policies of the government are based on the suggestions of officials which do not have awareness about the problems of a common man. After implementation the policies do not get effective results. Another cause of poverty is corruption. The government is unable to control this menace. A few corrupt people have occupied the resources and common man is living in miserable conditions.
Low literacy rate is another problem. Most of the people do not have any concept about modern earning sources. Most people are unable to adopt technology for their business needs. Law and order has also made it impossible to run a proper business, thus fewer jobs and more poverty.
All these facotrs have helped the terrorists to recruit and manipulate the educated youth towards terrorism and other anti-social activities.
