Extremist militants continue to wage war against Pakistan in an attempt to shatter its global image to pieces. They have been destabilising Pakistan in their attempt to enforce their idea of a ‘true’ Islam onto the citizens of our nation. It is imperative that steps are taken to make the country more secular where the traditional rule applies live and let live. The assassination of moderate voices in Pakistan should be an eye opener for the entire population. Such actions continue to silence the remaining moderate voices as well. I urge authorities to take serious measures to tone down extremism in the country.
