PESHAWAR – PML-Likeminded chief Senator Salim Saifullah Khan has said smooth and friendly relations with all the neighbouring countries could enable the country to meet economic and political challenges. Addressing a press conference at his residence on Sunday afternoon, Salim Saif Ullah Khan observed cordial relations with the neighbouring countries could pave the way for investment and trade links with the rest of the world.
He said poverty, unemployment and backwardness were the main issues which could be resolved with maximum investment and increase in foreign trade. He urged the government to accelerate trade with Afghanistan through all traditional and historical routes like Torkham, Ghulam Khan, Chaman and others.
