LAHORE – Alhamra held launching ceremony of a book titled ‘Muqalaat-e-Siraj Munir’ on Saturday, in memory of the writer and poet Siraj Munir. Dr Tehseen Faraqi, the chief guest, spoke about the writer, who had died at a young age.
“He was one of those unique men that are born rarely and we all miss his presence in the literary world. Siraj was a man of higher understanding and the book is dedicated to him,” he said.
Other speakers included Dr Saleem Akhtar, Aziz Ibne Alhassan, Mubeen Mirza and Amjad Tufail. The book is available on all the leading stores of the city.
