In todays world, women not only sit in their homes but they are also working in different fields. In our social setup our women are supposed to do for certain type of jobs like nurses, doctors, teachers, lawyers. But it is expected that when women are working, they should manage both their job and home wisely. But there are many problems that are faced by them. One of the major problems is managing time between your job and raising your kids.
There are many working women that would give up their job and give their time to families for raising their family as best they can.But sometime finances can create a real hurdle here and many women need to go back to their job because financial circumstances ensure that leaving employment is not an option for them.
In this modern era, where everybody talks about gender equality, women supposed to cope with working all day and then coming home to the cooking, cleaning, look after kids etc.
This is a problem that most working mothers will have to deal with unless proper support systems (both formal and informal) are formulated for them and social attitudes change.
