We are living in an age of machines. We are using them in every walk of life. More machines have perhaps been invented in the last fifty years than in the entire course of recorded history. They are all round us and help in a thousand different ways. We cannot ignore this reality. Today man feels like a fish out of water if the machines are not working properly.
Electronics have revolutionised our lives whether it is health or education, industry, transport, communication, entertainment, war, agriculture, fashion or domestic comforts. They are everywhere. It would not be wrong to say that the development of machines and the march of civilisation have gone hand in hand. Advanced nations are recognised by the quality of their technology.
The electronics, ushered in the 1930s, have further revolutionised our pattern of life. The media of mass communication rest on the foundation of sensitive machines. Now an industrialist just needs operators to handle machines. Electronics have disturbed the life of human beings. The comforts and peace of life have gone. We dont have relations with others except with machines.
Pakistan is also trying to promote advance its industries and agriculture. The simple methods of farming have been taken over by the technology. Pakistan is also importing this technology to get more output from its agriculture sector. Computers are being used everywhere.
