Lahores boulevards have long been witness to car and bike racing which not only cause a nuisance to people but have often led to fatal accidents. Recently, a terrible accident took place on Lawrence Road which took the life of two people and the cause was over-speeding on both the colliding vehicles.
One-wheeling is also a common practice in Lahore where young men not only endanger their own lives but the lives of the people on the road. They should have some regard for others safety and the sentiments of their loved ones, even if they have a death-wish themselves. These tricks and shenanigans belong in the circus and the traffic authorities should strictly enforce speed limits and fine all those people who practice such irresponsible high jinks.
